Everything Email is proudly brought to you by Crossware Mail Signature, Ionet Software and Mayflower Software – three companies from opposite sides of the world who share the passion of email.

We love all things mail. Email is still the most broadly used form of digital communication, particularly in the business arena, and everyone here uses it. So we’ve decided to create a place for email users to read, share and discuss everything new, interesting, good or bad, legal or illegal, right or wrong about email… and here it is!

Meet Our Contributors:

Frank: Frank Paolino is the Founder and President of MayFlower Software, Inc. He founded the Company in 1983 and is the chief technologist, architect and visionary of all the Company’s products and services. Most recently, he is engaged in fighting the war on spam, with his flagship product SpamSentinel delivering very good results helping Lotus Notes and Domino email users keep their inbox clear of spam. Paul: Paul Graham has been involved with Lotus Notes & Domino since v3, working as a developer for Statistics New Zealand in Auckland and HSBC in London.  In 2002, Paul returned to New Zealand and shortly afterwards joined Crossware. Crossware today leads the industry in providing branded emails and disclaimers that are compatible with both email and mobile clients.

Per: Per has been in management roles for most of my career and enjoys building up small companies in the IT industry. He is the owner and director of Crossware Ltd, a company that specialises in collaborative solutions, and has developed a number of standard software applications including CRM, Knowledge Management and Enterprise Wide Email Management solutions. Peter: Peter Smith has been a Notes Developer & Administrator since 1993, working for Lotus Consulting, HP, Adobe, Deutsche Bank and many others. In 2001 he founded IONET Software, providing Notes-based solutions & applications. Read full bio >>

Rob: Joining Crossware in 2010, Rob manages all online and offline marketing with a particular focus on trade-shows and web presence through Social Media, Blogs and Newsletters. Henry: Henry has recently joined Crossware as the ‘Marketing Assistant’ and is responsible for helping out with all marketing duties.
