Joining Crossware in 2010, Rob aimed to set up and maintain their online marketing strategy. Rob manages all Crossware marketing material with a particular focus on trade-shows and web presence through Social Media, Blogs and Newsletters. He thoroughly enjoys all forms of e-marketing and takes great pride in designing and implementing email signatures for Crossware Mail Signature clients.
Being the original author of the Everything Email Blog and initiator of the Everything Email Linkedin Group, Rob loves discussing anything and everything to do with email.
Rob graduated from the University of Auckland with a BCom (First Class Honours in Marketing) conjoined with a BA (French). His other interests lie outdoors, where he coached tennis throughout his University years and then worked on the slopes in Canada to follow his snowboarding passion.
